How to Clean and Maintain:
- Step one: use a soft cloth to dip in water, please do not dry cleaning and keep the water temperature under 40 Deg.C, otherwise, this gloves will be distorted.
- Step two: slightly wipe the sweater on the gloves.
- Step three: put it in a well-ventilated place, please do not expose them directly under the sun.

FAQ:
- Question: Are they machine washable?
- Answer: You would not want to put any boxing gloves in a washing machine. They will be ruined.

- Question: Are these OK for sparring? Some gloves say sparring but would leave someone dead they're so rigid.
- Well, whoever gets hit with them are definitely going to feel it. I guess it really matters on the protective equipment and experience level of the opponent. I would not hit a beginner with these.

- Question: Do I need to wear an under glove with these?
- Answer: I wear hand wraps, and it makes them tight to put on. But it's not impossible, and they tighten up nicely once your hand is in. Without wraps, I have to really tighten down the strap to keep them in place.
